We are FELICO – Fernández y Lind Construcciones S.L.

FELICO is based in Mijas (Malaga, Spain), and carries out construction work in general, both building and public works. We carry out construccion as public infrastructures, urbanizations, luxury villas and minor constructions as mansory stone walls.

We build and reform all types of homes, both in traditional and contemporary styles with great experience in rehabilitation of buildings, swimming pools, terraces, roofs.

FELICO was originally founded in 1989 by Mr José Fernández, the current owner, who previously founded José Fernández Peréz Constructions back in 1973. FELICO, S.L. demonstrates one of the company’s most important values with the people they employ.
