FELICO is based in Mijas (Málaga, Spain), and carries out construction work in general, both building and public works. We carry out constructions such as public infrastructures, urbanizations, luxury villas and minor constructions as well as complete home renovations.
We build and reform all types of homes, both in traditional and contemporary styles with great experience in rehabilitation of buildings, swimming pools, terraces, roofs, etc.
FELICO (Fernández y Lind Construcciones S.L.) was originally founded in 1989 by Mrs Birgitta Lind and Mr José Fernández, the current owner, who previously founded José Fernández Peréz Constructions back in 1973. FELICO demonstrates one of the company’s most important values with the people they employ.
The staff are all highly qualified and offer a range of experience. Only with this can we develop projects and offer superior service to our clients and suppliers.
Civil Work
We have finished, on behalf of the municipality, several different projects such as road works, municipal houses and city squares.
Housing Reform
We renovate older houses, pools, gardens and after 50 years in the industry we have gained a broad experience within this.
New Housing
We specialize in building new houses in both modern or traditional Spanish style. We have our own architects who help you design your house.
